Personal information processing purposes
Personal information is processed for the following purposes: processing of orders and gift orders, realisation of services, analysis and compilation of statistics, development of service operations, marketing of tuition, and other similar purposes.

Register content
Customers’ information: the orderer or gifter’s name, invoicing details and business ID if applicable and the name and contact details of the contact person, e.g. email address and phone number.
Order or gift order information: information about the order or gift order, including details required for delivery, processing, invoicing or feedback, for example.

Regular information sources
Information about the orderer and recipient of the gift are generally provided by the orderer. The gifter’s information is generally provided by the gifter. Information may be collected via the order form, email, phone or other similar means.

Regular release of information and transfer of information outside the EU or EEA
Information will not be released or transferred outside the EU or EEA.

Register protection principles
Manual material: Information about the orderer and gift recipient will only be processed manually by the organisations and employees responsible for realisation of the service.
Information stored electronically: Use of the system containing information about the orderer and gift recipient will only be available to the organisations and employees responsible for realisation of the service. The system can only be used via an encrypted connection. Each user has their own username and password for the system. Access to the information is limited by different levels of user rights. Information is collected in a database, access to which requires authentication. The information is backed up regularly.
